The Bank has launched the gChallenge 51h medium-term management plan for the three years from April 2007 to March 2010.

gChallenge 51h embodies a new growth strategy -- establishing a new business model geared to gsolution-typeh services is the goal of the plan, enabling the Bank to position itself as the leading bank in the prefecture in terms of both service and product quality and customer numbers.

By steadily carrying out measures in the medium-term management plan, we will dedicate ourselves to earning a high level of trust and support from our customers. We aim to be indispensible to our community.

Developing problem-solving oriented financial functions

By identifying and resolving issues affecting local companies and people, we will boost our share of deposits in Okinawa and ensure the immutability of our status as Okinawafs leading bank.

We will also increase fee income and establish a stable earnings structure.
