琉球銀行（頭取 川上 康）は、日本に居住する外国籍のお客様が口座を開設する際には、「在留カード」をご提示いただき、在留期限が経過していない事を確認させていただいております。
今般、お客様との円滑なお取り引きを継続させていただくため、当初確認させていただいた在留期限について、改めて確認させていただく事といたしました。
そのため、対象となるお客様に対して、現在窓口にてお声かけを行うほか、琉球銀行の窓口へご来店をお願いする「在留カードご提示のお願い」のハガキを郵送させていただいております。
つきましては、大変お手数ではございますが、「在留カードご提示のお願い」がお手元にお届きの際には、お近くの琉球銀行各支店窓口（口座開設店以外でもかまいません）まで、在留カード（原本）、通帳、お届け印およびキャッシュカードと「在留カードご提示のお願い」をご持参いただきますようお願い申し上げます。
また、「在留カードご提示のお願い」に記載の期限までに確認させていただけない場合には、口座のご利用ができなくなる事もございますので、あらかじめご了承願います。
お客様には、ご不便・お手数をおかけいたしますが、ご理解とご協力を賜りますようお願い申し上げます。

Request for Presentation of Renewed residence card
Thank you for choosing our bank and your cooperation to our AML/CFT (Anti-Money Laundering / Countering the Financing of Terrorism).
Now we are asking a foreign national applies presenting their residence card when they open an account with us.
In addition to that, we are requesting our customer for a presentation of the renewed residence card when it has expired.
We send post cards to our customer that notify them their residence cards has expired according to our data.
If you received a postcard from us, please bring it with your renewed residence card, your account, and Cash Card and stamp to a service counter of our branches.
Let us confirm the changes by the date that printed in the post card you received.
If you do not bring your renewed residence card by the date, you cannot use your account with us.
We kindly ask your understanding.
